image Welcome to Goring Fishing Club's Website

Herein you will find all the information needed to enjoy an excellent days fishing on our Club's stretch of the Thames at Goring: whether as a Day Ticket holder or a Full Member.

The Venue consists of approximately 1 ½ miles of fishing downstream from Goring lock; a total of 67 pegs for the day ticket holder and more for Members. Our Venue contains good stocks of Roach, Chub, Dace, Bream, Perch and Pike. There are also several catches of Barbel and Carp reported, along with tales of the-one-that-got-away that tend to outnumber the fish landed because they are large!!!

Not sure? Then try a day fishing. Day Tickets are available from the Bailiff on the river bank or from selected Tackle Shops. Day Tickets allow fishing from Sunrise to Sunset only. If you liked the fishing then come and join the Club: it is easy to apply for Membership.
